Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped to the following address: Via A. Grandi 2, 20049 Caleppio di Settala (MI), Italy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),

  • custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items),

  • personal care products (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.


14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
